How to find South House Winchester

DRIVING

1a. From the M3, take Junction 9 (signposted Winchester, Newbury A34 and Winnall Trading Estate). At the roundabout take the first turning if you were heading north, take the 3rd if you were heading south.

1b. From the A34, at the M3 roundabout take the 4th turning to Winnall Trading Estate.

2. Go straight ahead at the next roundabout and follow the road down the hill (Easton Lane/Wales Street) passing a Shell petrol station.

3. Continue downhill until the junction at the end. Turning left, you are now entering a one-way system; you almost need to drive a full circle on it to reach South House.

4. Immediately move over to the right-hand lane and stay in it, follow the road around and upwards passing several traffic lights on the way.

5. Eventually you will turn right onto North Walls (B3330) and start going downhill.

6. Now move to the left-hand lane.

7. Continue down the road passing the first set of traffic lights.

8. The next set will be pedestrian lights with a green bus stop on the left hand side.

9. South House driveway is immediately after the bus stop

If you missed it, don't panic... Move into the right-hand lane and repeat the above from step 4!

TRAIN

Winchester has great rail links to London (Waterloo - just over an hour away), the Midlands and the South East. It is also only 15 minutes from Southampton Airport Parkway.

1. From the exit of the station you will be looking down towards Winchester. If you are facing a car park, you have not come out of the main exit and need to go under a walkway to get to the correct side

2. Head downhill on the right-hand side towards a pedestrian crossing - either cross at the lights, or use the underpass.

3. Continue along the pavement passing a Co-op shop on the opposite side, and eventually coming to another pedestrian crossing at a junction

4. Head straight across the junction, and start heading downhill, eventually passing a Chinese take-away, hair salon and The Corner House

5. Upon reaching a pedestrian crossing, cross the road, and turn right - you will see South House a short distance on your left immediately after a bus stop.
